Dakar Rally 2013 Best Of Videos

Yesterday the epic Dakar Rally concluded, with past favourites and multiples winners once again taking the top spot on the podium in almost every class.

Just 67% of the entrants managed to negotiate and complete the 8000km+ route from Lima to Santiago but there were lots of familiar faces celebrating their victories:

For the fifth time, Frenchman Cyril Despres finished first in the bike class on his KTM 450 Rally

Stephane Peterhansel brought his total number of Dakar victories to 11 at the wheel of the Mini Countryman All 4 Racin

Argentinean Marcos Patronelli picked up his second win in the Quad class for Yahama

Russian Eduard Nikolaev brought his Kamaz truck across the line in the fastest time for the Truck class.

Take a look at some of the highlight videos from each of the classes:

GoPro Ken Block At The 2013 Oregon Trail Rally

Woah. The Oregon Trail Rally is pretty balls-out, huh? Bro, did he even lift his foot off the accelerator the whole time?

This all-GoPro edit show Ken Block hooning his way around rally stage at quite eye-watering speeds. Check out this footage from his test run.

Also, we were wondering... does KBs co-pilot shout out his own name when they cross the stage finish? Just seems that yelling "GELSOMINO!" at they fly past the line seems appropriate. No? Just us then...
